Tulcea County Council launched a project to modernize the “Mihail Kogălniceanu” meeting hall, with the objective of improving the way discussions and voting are managed, while also making the decision-making process more transparent for the community. The main challenge was to integrate into a single space a secure electronic voting system, a high-performance sound and display system, and a hybrid solution that allows both local and remote participants to collaborate in real time.
